Life's been fairly amazing recently.

I got the summer job I wanted ... working for orientation as a Program Assistant and directing the skit. It's a full-time paid position with free housing. Alison is also going to be a PA, so she'll be my roommate. YAY!

I got the Program Manager job for Making Music next year. I'm really extra-super-excited for this. I can't wait to work in the Community Service Center and work with this amazing program again.

I ALSO got the RA position I wanted. I'm in Shelton Cluster, so the wonderful and marvelous Rebekah Freeman is my hall director ... and I'm on Bay State ... on the same block I'm on now. I have my own apartment and I get a stipend because I have two houses. So basically: ideal location + ideal boss + ideal room = Melissa is a very very very very lucky little girl.

Yeah, life is happy. Yesterday was Marathon Monday (excuse me ... Patriot's Day), another made up Boston holiday (see previous rant on Evacuation Day). But ... we didn't have school. HOORAY!!

Easter was lovely ... I took Alison to church with me, which was an interesting experience to say the least. Then we studied downtown all day long and went to see A Mighty Wind at night. I laughed much.

Anyhow, back to work for me ...
