Anyone want to send a memo to Mother Nature saying it's April? It's about time this snow business stops, and we have some nice happy spring time.

I'm at work ... not working ... surprise! I've actually managed to do real work today, as well as finishing my Russian, doing my taxes, finishing my PM application for the Community Service Center, AND talk to Cheryl and The Marvelous Dean Klein (who wrote me another letter of recommendation for the PM job). I'm feeling so productive. Even though this week has been ridiculous and I haven't been home at all, I'm feeling pretty good about the amount of stuff I've gotten done.

I find out about RA next week ... I'm checking my mail box excessively in hopes of seeing a little letter from them. Even bad news is better than not knowing at this point. I'll probably apply for Round II if I don't get a position this time, and hopefully then I can get one.

In other news ... I decided to try to be pretty yesterday, which was a big mistake because doing shipment and standing for 6 hours at Gap in heels after being not home for 10 hours is not such a good idea.

The orchestra concert is Monday. A lot of people have said they are coming. They'd better be. I'm going to be really really really extra super upset if no one shows up AGAIN. I am seriously going to bribe people to come to this, my vocal jazz concert, and the Slow Kids Show.

Anyhow, I'm going to be late for Russian ....
